About the role: • Receiving, registering and guiding visitors in a welcoming and polite way. • Respond to visitor inquiries. • Providing all visitors with visitor information, such as welcome flyers and safety information. • Notify hosts of visitors about arrival of guest and ensure visitor is being picked up or escorted to the required location on-site. • Badge authorization and registration for employees (permanent and temporary) and visitors who have or will receive an badge including the authorization for building access. • Visitor badge provision and registration for visitors and special authorities.
