  • You have reached your credit limit

  • Card is behind on payments

Login to your TD app or EasyWeb Online Banking to review your Account details and settings.

If you have sufficient available credit for your purchase and your card is in good standing, please contact TD Credit Cards for further assistance.

To help save you time, call us using the TD app. Doing this is a secure way to help get your call prioritized. Simply login to the TD app, scroll to the bottom of the home screen and select Contact Us > Call us.

Login to Online Banking or the TD Bank app to review your Account details and settings.

  2. 在您提出异议之前,您曾尝试与商户一起解决问题
    如果您与商家之间就您购买的商品存有争议,请先尝试直接与商家解决问题。与商家交谈后,您的问题可能会得到解决,并获得退款。但是,如果您无法直接与商家解决问题,请参阅下一步。
  3. 在以下时限内提交交易异议请求
    • TD信用卡:我们建议在出现交易或可疑错误的账户对账单的对账单期结束日期之后的30日内联系我们。

如何提交TD信用卡交易异议

所有交易均须已入账

交易可能会暂时性的同时出现在“待处理”和“已入账”项下。在交易入账(可能约需5个工作日)之前,我们无法协助您处理交易异议。

不要忘记检查您的收据

商户可能使用不同的名称,也可能从位于不同地点的办公室向您开具账单。

确认每月订阅是否已取消

对于每月订阅或试订阅,在您提交异议之前,请检查订阅详情,并确保已取消订阅。

对每笔交易分别提交一项异议

如果您已注册接收数字通知,我们将在提交争议索赔后30日内通过电子邮件或电话向您提供最新信息。如果提交了多个异议,您可能会收到多个异议决定通知。请勿重复递交申请。

如果需要其他信息,我们可能会通过短信、电子邮件、邮件或电话与您联系。请务必立即回电,因为根据适用的支付网络规则,我们可代表您继续进行异议处理的时间有限。如果您没有及时答复,我们可能必须撤消并撤回发给您的任何信贷,并结束异议解决流程。

1. 外国消费需提早通知

如果你到外国要用信用卡消费,是需要提早通知银行或到银行亲自启动外国消费的功能。如果信用卡在外国被拒绝了,那是因为银行的保安系统非常严密,所以会把没有被批准的外国交易给封锁。不过,只要你打去银行解释并启动外国消费的功能,问题就解决啦。

2. 你不小心启动了银行的欺诈保护系统

银行对于所有网上和市场上所有的买卖都管制的很严肃,所以当你在比较‘不安全’的网站或者在短期内刷太多次同样数目的时候,银行就会认为你的信用卡被盗用而即时冻结你的信用卡。

3. 太多要刷的交易被Hold住了

不知道大家有没有发现到,有时候你的银行会传来信息,讲说你的信用卡有某个交易金额被hold住了,尤其是打油或者住酒店的时候。这是因为有时候商家还不知道最终会charge你的准确金额,所以先‘扣留’一定的数目如RM200或RM300,等到交易完成后就会自动取消。

不过,如果你的信用卡同时有太多交易被hold着的话,银行就暂时冻结或拒绝新的一单交易。这也是为什么你应该要有2张或以上的信用卡,方便在不同用途的交易都可以用到。

4. 要刷的金额太高了

如果你突然间在一家商店刷上一笔巨大的金额,有时候银行可能会直接拒绝你的信用卡,因为根据你过去的交易记录会出现太大的差别。所以,如果你要继续这场交易的话,可能要亲自打电话到银行解释并要求他们批准你的信用卡交易。

不要生气啦,银行也只不过是担心你的信用卡被盗用,所以才会那么严格。

5. 你刷爆卡啦

每一张信用卡都有信额,而你的信额是根据你申请时候的月薪和信用评估而定(视人而定)。所以,每次用信用卡付费时,都要小心计算自己的信额是否已经到顶。切记,信用卡只是一种短期的贷款,就算你现在可以刷到你要的东西,不过你还是要用自己的钱去还债的哦。

刷爆卡在大马其实是很普遍的事情,可是很多人不知道常常刷爆卡的话,会对你的信用评估带来很大的破坏。

6. 信用卡过期了

你的信用卡其实放在自己的钱包久了,是不是忘了看看到底还有没有效呢?大家只要看看信用卡前面的Expiry month 和 year,就大概知道什么时候要去银行更新你的信用卡啦(最好是一个月前)。不要等到信用卡被拒绝才来查看哦。
