海外宅配郵資怎麼計算? TOP

持續受COVID-19 新冠狀肺炎疫情影響，加上烏俄戰爭影響國際政經情勢，石油市場供應劇烈變動，國際燃油附加費持續看漲，即日起為維護客戶權益並提供穩定且客製化的運送品質，將每月檢視國際航空燃油附加費率及COVID19危險附加費，並進行滾動式調整。未來若國際燃油附加費調降，航空載具量能波動回穩，本公司也將調降運費計價模式，感謝您共體時艱。

海外宅配郵資會依商品總重量計算，相關計算方式如下：

海外郵資計算會受到貨件本身於貨機所佔空間的影響，不一定是依實際重量。此計算標準稱為材積（或尺寸）重量：若商品(含包裝)：長×寬×高（公分）÷ 5000 ＞實際重量（公斤），則以長×寬×高÷5000 計重

(運送的材積重量係以貨件的密度計算。低密度的項目通常較實際重量佔更多空間。運費的計算，係根據材積或尺寸的重量與實際的運送重量，兩者取其重量較重者。)

菲律賓門店運費計算Delivery Charges of Store Pick-up Service in Philippines TOP

由於運送服務係透過國際航運運送，因應國際油價跌幅度會有加計燃油附加費的情況；而為了服務菲律賓地區顧客，目前依表列收取固定運費，不另加計費用。

As the transportation service is delivered through international shipping, there will be an additional fuel surcharge in response to the fluctuation of international oil prices. To serve customers in Philippines, the current delivery charges are based on the following chart without additional surcharges.

(1) 每個國家都有進口關稅規定，當貨物到達進口國時，該進口國會依貨物種類及價值而核訂進口關稅。而商品寄出後是否會被收關稅，與使用寄送方式無關(DHL、UPS、及一般航空郵寄…等都可能會被收取)。

(2) 各地的海關有可能會對包裹進行抽查，並依當地所製訂的進口關稅規定, 核定貨物是否需要繳交關稅或是免稅，並向收件人收取不等之關稅。

(3) 博客來將依商品實際價金填寫申報，並請海外物流人員針對寄至海外的包裹進行確認，依其專業知識協助，以適當的方法寄送，希望避免有關稅的情形發生。

(4) 各國可能依進口關稅規定，核定貨物是否需要繳交關稅、消費稅。當商品受到抽檢，其費用將由收件人負擔。若收件人不願取貨，相關費用或貨件遭銷毀、退回之損失，亦由訂購人自行負擔。

(5) 海外購物屬免稅性質，出貨單視同購買憑証，無另開立發票。

(6) 收到商品後欲辦理退換貨，請於猶豫期10天內與博客來聯絡，將由博客來專人為您處理，逾期恕不受理，請您見諒。

若會員選擇將商品寄送至海外(無論訂購者是否在台灣，或是否為台灣的公司)，該筆訂單將會開立「零稅率」的發票，博客來必須把此發票繳交給國稅局，及留底備查用，因此寄送至海外的訂單，是不會附上發票的。

但博客來在出貨的包裹中將附一張出貨清單，提供會員核對此次博客來寄出的商品與您實際收到的內容是否相符。

若您需向公司報帳，可於收到商品後，來電/函提供訂單編號及E-Mail給博客來，我們會將發票以附件Mail給您。

商品出貨方式說明(海外) Product shipping method (overseas) TOP

一般寄送至中國、港澳地區的包裹，博客來配合的配送廠商有韻達快遞、DHL、DPEX、Fedex、藍天、中國速遞(EMS)、UCE....等。而寄送至其他地區的包裹，可能使用DHL或郵局快捷(EMS)。

Generally, for parcels sent to China, Hong Kong, and Macau, the distribution vendors that Book Your Life cooperates with include Yunda Express, DHL, DPEX, FedEx, Blue Sky, Express Shipment Tracking (EMS), UCE... etc. For parcels sent to other regions, DHL or Express Shipment Tracking (EMS) may be used.

訂購後何時可以拿到商品(海外) When can I get the goods (overseas) after ordering？ TOP

若訂單中的商品都是博客來有現貨庫存的，商品將於1-3個工作天內出貨(不含驗關時間)，寄送天數請參考下表：

所有商品都可以寄送至海外嗎 Can all products be sent overseas？ TOP

博客來網站中並非所有商品都可寄送至海外，無法銷售至海外的商品，在商品頁及購物車內亦會註明。

另外，也可透過電腦版的搜尋方式，縮小搜尋範圍(可港澳店取、可海外宅配)進行勾選，可快速確認搜尋到的商品是否可以寄送至海外地區，請參考如下圖：

Not all products on the Books.com.tw website can be sent overseas. Products that cannot be sold overseas will also be indicated on the product page and shopping cart.

In addition, you may also use the computer version of the search engine to narrow down the search result and quickly confirm whether or not the searched product can be sent to overseas regions (available in Hong Kong and Macau stores, overseas home delivery). Please refer to the following picture:

依據「民用航空危險物品空運管理辦法」相關規定，凡屬危險物品九大類之貨物，例如:液體類、膠狀類、噴劑、壓力罐、氧化物質、毒性物質、磁性物質、電池或其它可經由人為操作後，可能影響飛航安全之物品…等，或是任何在正常環境下的運輸過程中容易爆炸、危險反應、產生易燃或危險高溫、危險毒氣、腐蝕性或可燃性氣體、蒸氣等物質，任何情況下皆禁止以航空器運輸。

為避免商品因此問題導致被扣留而無法如期收到商品或造成罰鍰，專櫃美妝、醫美開架、美體保健多數類別商品，及創意生活、手錶飾品、美食、3C、家電等部份商品暫不提供寄送海外之服務。

商品已經寄出了，是否還能變更寄送地址 Can I change the shipping address when the product has already been shipped？ TOP

商品出貨後，即無法修改寄送地址、收件人等資料。若您原本的地址無法成功投遞，包裹將會被退回博客來，並以e-mail方式通知會員。

After the goods are shipped, you cannot modify the delivery address, recipients, and other information. If your original address cannot be delivered successfully, the parcel will be returned to Book Your Life and the member will be notified by e-mail.

如何在台灣訂購，但將商品寄送給海外的親友 How to order in Taiwan but send the goods to relatives and friends overseas？ TOP

請於下單時選擇寄送地區為「海外」，再於收件資料處填寫當地的收件資料即可。目前寄至海外地區的訂單，僅接受「信用卡線上刷卡」或「ATM轉帳」付款方式。

Please select the shipping area as "Overseas" when placing the order, and then fill in the local receiving information at the receiving field. Currently, orders sent to overseas areas only accept the payment methods of "Credit Card Payment Online" or "ATM Transfer".

如何追蹤我的包裹(tracking number) How do I track my parcel (tracking number)？ TOP

在商品寄出後，博客來會發送「出貨通知」至訂單資料中的E-mail信箱，在出貨通知信函中，會附上寄送廠商及貨運號碼，您可以此貨運號碼至配送廠商的網站中追蹤配送進度。

After the goods are shipped, Books.com.tw will send a "Shipping Notice" to the E-mail address that you provided in the order information. In the shipping notification letter, the shipping vendor and shipping number will be attached so that you can track the delivery progress with this shipping number on the distribution vendor’s website.

無庫存商品要調貨多久 How long does it take for out-of-stock items to be restocked?？ TOP

• 書籍(繁體書)：7~14個工作日左右。
• 簡體書：若為海外庫存商品，約45個工作天左右。建議將簡體書與其它商品分開下單。
• 外文書：一般約14~20個工作天左右，建議把外文書與其它商品分開下單，以獲得最快的取貨速度；若為海外專案進口之外文商品，調貨時間約需1~2個月。建議將外文書與其它商品分開下單。
• (長期訂閱)中文雜誌：不需調貨，但發票與雜誌將分開寄出，雜誌於出刊後另行寄送。
• 日文、歐美雜誌及MOOK：7~14個工作日左右，但若台灣已無庫存，需由海外再進口，則時間約需3~4週。
• 影音商品(如CD、DVD...)：7~14個工作日左右；但若是海外專案進口的影音商品，調貨時間約1~2 個月。
• 百貨商品：3~10個工作日左右；轉廠商出貨的商品將由博客來寄出發票，商品約7個工作天內配送寄出。

※若您訂的商品無法於正常期限內出貨(例如：書籍正值出版社再版印刷、供應商缺貨...等)，我們將以e-mail通知您調貨狀況，如商品無法順利出貨或缺貨，為避免您久候商品，也將主動通知您並取消該品項。

Books (Traditional Chinese books): about 7~14 working days.

(Long Term Subscription) Chinese Magazine: No need to restock. However, the invoice and the magazine will be sent separately and the magazine will be sent separately after publication.

Japanese, European and American magazines and MOOK: about 7 to 14 working days. However, if the product is out of stock in Taiwan, the import from overseas will take about 3 to 4 weeks.

If the product cannot be shipped smoothly or is out of stock, we will also proactively notify you and cancel the order to avoid wasting a long time waiting for the product.

如何設定海外常用收件資訊 How to set up frequently used overseas parcel receiving information？ TOP

我們提供會員儲存五組常用收件資訊，方便您於結帳流程中選用，若要設定常用收件資訊，請您至「會員專區」下方「各項設定/維護」中選擇「常用門市、收件資訊」。

We provide members to store five sets of commonly used parcel receiving information for your convenience in the checkout process. If you want to set the frequently used parcel receiving information, please go to the "Settings/Maintenance" under the "My account" and select "Frequently used stores, parcel receiving information".

選擇「新增常用海外收件地址」新增選單，最多可加入5個海外常用地址。

Select "Add frequently used overseas parcel-receiving addresses" to add a new menu, and up to 5 frequently used overseas addresses can be added.

您還可設定編輯順序，於訂購時，將優先選用編輯順序第一順位的常用地址。若未設定編輯順序，或設定順序相同時，將優先選用您先新增選單的地址。

You can also set the editing order. When ordering, the frequently used address with the first editing order will be preferred. If the editing sequence is not set, or the setting sequence is the same, the address of the menu you added first will be selected first.

設定完成後請記得選擇「儲存變更」才算完成選單異動。

After setting, please remember to select "Save Changes" to complete the menu change.

若您要移除選單中的收件地址，請勾選「移除」後再選擇「儲存變更」即可。
