  I am away from my family. I leave tomorrow morning and thanks to the incredible care, kindness and excellent medical attention of your staff, I feel I am in the best shape I could be to leave the hospital. Your staff have all gone above and beyond to make my surgery and recovery such a positive experience. I would recommend without hesitation for anyone to have their surgery at the Matilda.

  Nurses and staff of the SCBU team did such a fantastic job caring for my baby. I always felt he was in such good hands and that they genuinely cared for him. The updates they provided me were very informative and they also went out of their way to make sure I was ok too. My doctor provided an amazing level of care and dedication to getting my baby better. I trusted her decisions and she always had time for questions.

  My experience at Matilda delivering my baby girl was fantastic and I could not have asked for more. The maternity team truly cares about the happiness and wellbeing of the patients. My assigned midwives were phenomenal and supported me non-stop day and night. I am really grateful for their help, assistance, love, and care which have made my delivery and post-partum experience pleasant and truly memorable. The Nursery staff was absolutely impeccable and cared for my baby as if she was her own: a huge thank you!!

  Our experience at the Matilda has been amazing. With medical complications creating a lot of stress and anxiety, all of the staff made us feel supported and well cared for. They were a reassuring presence that helped us massively. They went above and beyond to help us and to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Without their support this week would have been much more difficult. We would also like to thank the excellent nursing staff in the SBCU who cared for our little baby in his first few days and who made us feel like he was so well looked after.

  Thank you for very good service. As first time parents we were very anxious and had many questions and concerns - all staff were very patient with explanation and demonstration. Staff helped us so well to feed and to comfort our little baby. Of particular note during our stay after the baby was born was the midwife who has the “magic touch” to immediately calm our baby when she was crying - her caring, calm, friendly, and thoughtful manner with us also helped to calm us too!

  I really love how the staff would talk through a sort of plan of action with me every night, so i knew what would be happening and had some sort of control. The midwife who took care of me was just the most wonderful, understanding, kind and compassionate person at a time when i really needed it. Her warmth and non-judgemental support will never ever be forgotten for the rest of my life. All the staff have just been exceptional, absolutely above and beyond what i ever could have imagined. They combined skill and knowledge with genuine love and humanity.

  The entire team, from the anaesthesiologist, to even the housekeeping staff was quite amazing. I don’t want to say that I hope I will be back soon, but if anything happens, this hospital is where I would go.

  Excellent service, view, and food for a world-class health check package. My husband and I have been using Matilda’s health check services annually since 2019. Matilda and its wonderful staff made health check - a not so enjoyable exercise - highly enjoyable.

  I was not told there could be a package from my doctor’s nurse. I saw the package offer from the hospital website. Thankfully, the Patient Service Centre was able to offer/arrange a package for me after reviewing my procedure’s detail.
